    Product detailed description

    Hot new product from Derwent, Lightfast crayons.

    This is an absolute novelty in terms of the nature of the lead used, which is the first time in the case of Derwent oil-based crayons. 

    The lead is 4 mm thick and is housed in naturally treated wood. 

    The crayons are guaranteed to be 100% lightfast (the drawing is lightfast for 100 years in museum conditions), the lightfastness was tested in certified laboratories in Arizona. 

    The crayons layer very well and blend with other crayon lines.

    The shades are intense and experts compare them to Luminance crayons from Caran d'Ache. 

    A set of 36 crayons has been available since July 2018, and they have undergone extensive testing to meet strict lightfastness requirements.

    Another 36 shades were tested by the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019.

    In July 2019, 36 more shades were launched, for a final total of 72 colors available.

    At the end of 2019, 100 Lightfast crayons were available for purchase.

    Crayons are "Vegan friendly".

    You can choose from 100 available single shades, 28 shades above the number in the metal cassette of 72 pieces, marked with the final number 100.

    72 shades are available in a metal cartridge.

    You can also buy 28 other shades, up to a total of 100 pieces, in a wooden box. 

    Derwent has come up with an unusual innovation: the crayons do not have numerical codes, but only word designations. You can choose according to the enclosed sample book.

    Pastelka sice dražší, ale musím říct, že se mi s ní kreslí velmi dobře. Pastelka zanechává pěknou stopu, dobře se míchá s dalšími při "stínování". Zatím jsem koupila na zkoušku jen dva odstíny, ale plánuji další. Mám doma takto po pár odstínech pastelky různých výrobců, takže mohu srovnávat.

    Pastelka je skvělá, brala jsem na zkoušku zatím jednu, a mohu doporučit i obchod. Pastelky jsou skvěle zabalené. 5hvězdiček jak obchodu, tak pastelkám!
